Every big dream starts with a simple idea and a lot of grit. Our journey began just like any good Midwest story—with humble beginnings, hard work, and a desire to make a real difference. FLOCO Decking Systems first made a name by transforming outdoor spaces with top-quality rubber surfacing. Over the years, we’ve earned a reputation for craftsmanship and trust. As demand grew, so did our vision.

Seeing the need for safety in industrial environments, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. Today, we’re expanding our expertise into the oil, construction, and warehouse industries, while staying true to the core values that built our business: honesty, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
